"The Sweet Rose Motel was a very enjoyable experience for me.  I'm an avid fisherman and the area delivered as promised.  The store next to the motel had a large selection of live baits and fishing equipment.  The rooms at the sweet rose were the cleanest I have been in.  The owners take great pride in the way they run their business.  They also add a clean smelling floral scent to the rooms which adds a great touch.  There is also a great selection of food in the area such as the Sugar Mill which serves a great breakfast and lunch.  I would strongly reccommend this motel to my friends and family."

   A few days ago I had the fortunate opportunity to discover the Sweet Rose Motel in Hinton, West Virginia. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet, and warm, it was a cold winter day. The view of the New River was so beautiful I sat out on the deck and enjoyed the quiet flow of the river almost under my feet. The owner/managers were very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend a visit to this motel and the surrounding area any time of the year. My family and I will be back very soon!
